1. Usage Scenario
Network quality analysis is based on the result of analyzing all users/devices’ traffic during the usage of ESA. It helps IT administrators to quickly get the situation of network quality and make necessary adjustment.
This report is only applicable to customers who has purchased Business licenses.
2. Operation Steps
Go to Console–>Analysis–>Network Quality, you will see the network checking results.

Here is the explanation of the query conditions:
| Field Name | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Query time | Unlike other reports, this network quality report supports to query data in hour granularity and max query period is 7 days |
| Detection Task | underlay: refers to the network quality from user device to SDP gateway via public network. overlay: refers to the network quality from user device to SDP gateway via tunnel public network: refers to the public network quality from client device to public network |
| Sort by | Packet loss rate from high to low：indicates the average packet loss rate Latency from high to low: indicates the average latency |
