Instance Password Reset

Operation Scenario

After the instance is successfully created, if you forget the login password, you can reset the password. During the password reset process, the instance will not be shut down, and the normal operation of the instance will not be affected.

Operation Steps

1. Log in to the Edge Cloud Host console, and click [Instance Management] on the left navigation bar.

2. Select the instance to reinstall the system, and click the operation option on the right [More] –> [Reset Password]. Batch operation are also supported: after selecting multiple instances, click the More tab above, and select [More] –> [Batch Reset Password] to perform Batch operation.

3. In the pop-up “Reset Password” dialog box, enter the password and click [OK].
