  • Introduction

    Forgot Account offers you can find your login account(s) on CDNetworks Console after verifying identification by validating your email address.

    You should follow the steps to get your login accounts on CDNetworks Console.

    • Click Forgot Account

      On the login page, click Forgot Account on the Login Page.

    • Verify your identity by Mail Verification.

      you select the option of “By Mail Verification” at the below first image and fill in the information of your email address and verification code at below the second image.

    • Enter the verification code from your email.

      you enter the verification code that you received in your email and fill in the verification code.
      after you click [Confirm], you can get your login user account that is corresponding to your email address.
