Quick Start Guide

When you first come to CDN Pro, you’ll likely want to know how to get started quickly. Here, we’ll briefly introduce how to configure on CDN Pro to accelerate a hostname. Follow the steps below to get started quickly.

Prerequisites:

• Please contact our Sales to set up CDN Pro for you, if you do not have the access yet.

1. (*Required) Create a Hostname. Create a property, add a hostname to it, then validate and deploy the property.
2. (Optional) Test Configuration. Run tests to verify that the servers are reachable and that the servers behave as expected.
3. (Optional) Modify Configuration. Adjust the property’s configuration based on test results.
4. (*Required) Create an Edge Hostname. Create an edge hostname. Configure traffic routing policies by creating client zone rules.
5. (*Required) Configure DNS. Create a CNAME record with your DNS provider and point the hostname accelerated to the edge hostname.
