This document delineates the core usage limits and constraints of CDNetworks Object Storage service, aiming to help users clearly define the boundaries and capacity ceilings of the service for more informed resource planning and utilization.

Performance Limitations

Item Description
Bandwidth China region: 10 Gbit/s; Non-China region: 5 Gbit/s (flow control will be triggered if the threshold is reached)
Read/Write QPS 6000 QPS (360,000 requests/minute)
Convert Storage Type QPS 1000 QPS (60,000 requests/minute)

Storage-Related Limitations

Item Description
Bucket Naming Rules Must start with a lowercase letter. Supports lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. Length must be 4-32 characters.
Bucket Attribute Modification Name, region, and storage type cannot be modified after creation.
Bucket Attribute There is no capacity limit for a single bucket
File Upload Limits Simple/Form/Append Upload: Single file ≤2GB.
Multipart Upload: Single part ≤100MB, total file size ≤500GB.
File Name Length Maximum 500 characters.
File Overwrite and Deletion Uploading a file with the same name will automatically overwrite the existing file.
Deleted files cannot be recovered.

Domain Name and Data Processing Limitations

Item Description
Domain Name Binding Rules A domain name can only be bound to one bucket.
A bucket can be bound to multiple domain names.
Image Processing Limits Image size ≤1MB.

Data Lifecycle Limitations

Item Description
Storage Type Conversion Rules Standard → Infrequent Access → Archive (irreversible).
Requirements: Deletion period > Archive period > Infrequent Access period.
Archive Data Retrieval Default restoration time: 3-5 hours.
Options: Expedited (1-5 minutes), Standard (3-5 hours), Bulk (5-12 hours).

Concurrent Processing Limitations

Item Description
Cross-Region Replication Maximum concurrency: 5 (shared resource pool, queuing may occur).
Intelligent Moderation Maximum concurrency: 5, moderation rate <200 items/second (shared resource pool).
File Processing Maximum concurrency: 10 (shared resource pool).
Transcoding Maximum concurrency: 10 (shared resource pool).
