Transcode a Mp4 to multiple HLS files with different bitrates

Assume that we transcode a MP4 file to 3 HLS files, whose master manifest is named as master.m3u8, including 3 media manifests.
The 3 media manifests:
HLS 1: bitrate is 128k, resolution is 320*240
HLS 2: bitrate is 600k, resolution is 640x480
HLS 3: bitrate is 1.25m, resolution is 1080x720

Fill the below command to the custom command gap:
avthumb/m3u8/envBandWidth/128000:600000:1250000/multiVb/128k:600k:1.25m/multiResolution/320x240:640x480:1080x720
