[Feature Upgrade] Advanced Access Control

• Introduction
There are two sections under Live Steaming Function.

  1. Release Point : Release Point is also known as Application Name. You can add application names for the domain as you need.
  2. Origin Settings : You can modify the origin protocol and origin port at here. And it only takes effect for pull stream domain when pulling streams from origin.

[Feature Upgrade] Advanced Access Control

Notice:

  1. For interactive live streaming which having both push stream domain and pull stream domain on our platform, please ensure that the application names set for pull stream domain matches the application names set for push stream domain.
    For example,
we assume that application name “yy” has been added to push stream domain, while application name “yyyy1” and “yy2” has been added to pull stream domain. In this case, we will NOT be able to playback live streams via the pull stream domain, because there is no application name “yy” under pull stream domain’s application name list.

  2. You can also set the application name as a single forward slash “/” if you don’t want to set specific application names.

  1. Please avoid some special characters when adding the application name, for example, “live&1” or “my/te/st” are not correct format.
