Create a New Domain

You should add new domains according to following steps:

•Select a contract-item
By selecting different contract item, the system can get domains, products and sets information of it, which means the domains in Reference domain drop-down list will change according to different contract item.
(If you choose to create accelerate domains added inside of mainland China, you have contract of China Acceleration and ICP filing is required. Otherwise, the system reminds you the issue of ICP filing when submitting. Although you can continue adding the domains, they should complete ICP filing after submission. Because domain without ICP filing in China cannot be visited.)

when you click the box of contract-item , you can select a contract-item for creating new domain or alias of existing domain.

•Choose a domain type
You should choose “New Domain” for creating new domains rather than creating domain aliases. (in this case, exception have no associated with other Customized Control-Group)

•Fill in domain information
You should enter the domain name and origin IP/domain of new domains. These 2 fields cannot be empty. Additionally, for origin IP/Domain, you can enter multiple origin IPs by using semicolon with a limitation of maximum 64 records but are only allowed to input one origin domain.

•Choose the Customized Control Group
You can select Customized control-group that you assign new domain name. if you assign a specific Customized Control group you select your defined Customized Control-Group (e.g. “cg-test”,“testgroup_sg”) , else you select “not Associated” when you don’t assign Customized Control-Group.

•Choose the Acceleration Configuration
You should determine if the configurations of new domains refer to the configuration of other domains or make customized configurations. For “Copy settings from an existing domain”, you only need to choose an existing domain as a reference, so that newly added domains will be assigned the same acceleration configuration to that of the existing domain.

While for customized configuration, you have to decide whether to disable or enable HTTPS service. Once HTTPS service is on, a certificate drop-down list, which includes all the certificates whose authorized domain range contains all the domains created, will be shown on the page for you to choose. The certificate chosen here will be associated to all the domains added. However, if there is no certificate whose authorized domain cover all the domains created, the drop-down list will be disabled. But you can turn to certificate management page for adding a new certificate or add domains to be created into the authorized domain range of a certain existing domain.

•Submit
Submit the domain adding application. After submitting, the accelerated domains will be audited by CDNetworks Console. If the accelerated domains pass the audit, they will be automatically deployed.
