CDN Pro provides powerful search capabilities so you can quickly find properties that match specific criteria, including: keyword search, prefix-match search, and expression-based advanced search.

How-to

In the CDN Pro console, click the left-side menu Edge Configuration > Properties to open the property list page. At the top of the page, enter your search criteria to filter properties.

Search by Keyword

Enter a keyword in the Property ID/Name/Description search box. The keyword will be matched against property ID, property name and property description. Property name and description support fuzzy matching; property ID supports exact match only.

For property name and description, you can start your keyword with a caret (^) to perform a prefix-match search. Example: entering ^bot matches a property named BotConfigDemo, but not WafBotConfigDemo.

Search by Hostname

Enter a hostname in the Hostname input to find properties by hostname. Fuzzy matching and prefix matching is also supported.

Filter by Deployment Target

Select a target from the Deployment Target drop-down to find properties that are deployed to a specific environment.

Advanced Search

Search by keyword only matches four fields: property name, property description, hostname, and property ID. In some cases, you may need to search by other configuration fields, e.g. properties with specific origin settings, edge logic, or TLS version. For these scenarios, CDN Pro provides an advanced search feature which is based on condition expressions. This is especially useful when you have a large number of properties. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Click the Advanced Search button to expand the advanced search filters.
  2. Configure conditions. Click the add icon to add multiple conditions. For each condition, choose a field and an operator to define your criteria.
  3. Click Search. The property list will display the filtered results.
