  • Introduction

    The Contact Management offers you to ensure that system notices can be notified from the CDNetworks Console.

    The CDNetworks Console offers to add multiple contacts to receive a verification email from the CDNetworks Console and the owner of the email address confirms registration on the Contact Management.

  • Procedure

    Add/modify contacts

    • When you add a new contact with the right email address, you can find the contact information as follows

      email address with a confirmation mark Self-Service Configuration for China Premium Service Onboarding confirmed from the contract of email address

    when you add a new contact on the Contract Management, you fill in the information - Name, Email, Position, and Note on the pop-up menu - Add Contract and send a verification email of the contact.

    When new contact receives an invitation email about the registration on Contact Management, the new contact confirms to register by clicking the verification link in the invitation email.

    When you re-send a new invitation email, you can click the exclamation mark manually, and then you can send the verification message.
