CDNetworks Console provides different access-control between user accounts and service resources.

For CDN/Security products customers. your admin gives permissions to use functional operations of your service domains (service resources).
Control Group Management helps you to manage your accelerated domains to your user accounts. You should assign your new user accounts to your service domains by setting the right Control Group to use.
