1. The mobile phone cannot receive the SMS verification code

  • Step 1: Make sure the network on your mobile device is working correctly. Then try to get code again.

  • Step 2: Check if the SMS from CDNetworks ESA platform has been blocked or classified as spam.

  • Step 3: Try to send a message from another phone to check if the message function is working correctly on your phone

  • Step 4: Restart the phone or move the SIM card to another phone and try again.

  • Step 5: If you still cannot receive SMS. Please use TOTP authentication instead.
    If TOTP Authentication button is not showing on your client, please contact the enterprise administrator to enable this function and try to log in again.
