Cloud Monitor Introduction
Cloud Monitor provide alert management services to set the alert rule for monitoring service objects and resource of CDN/Cloud Security products. There are two typical practices for using Cloud Monitor:
- Real-time data monitoring to realize sudden increase or decrease of bandwidth or attack. It is mostly used for operational monitor.
- Periodic data monitors aggregated traffic/bandwidth of a period. It is mostly used for billing monitor.
If a service resource is overused over a threshold of the alert rule, customers will get notification email to take follow-up actions for the event.
If the threshold is not triggered for 20 minutes after the first alert is triggered, the alert system considers that the job has returned to normal and automatically releases the alert.
Cloud Monitor provides main functions as below.
