Introduction

Action Trail provides an audit & event log query page to run searches related to query event details and login history in the Console. The system provides the task query function: users can view the execution status and execution results of the submitted tasks or the history of login/logout.

Category How it works log latency
Event Detail Query for a full list of services and activities, you can view activity log history in the Event Detail Query page.
- you can query the event log for a maximum of 6 months
about 3 minutes
Login Audit for tracking specific login audit log, you can get the login/logout history in the Login Audit page
- login IP , login time, log event, and log methods of the main account & sub-accounts
about 3 minutes

Overview

Query Event Detail

  • You can access the detailed event log at the Event Detail Query page in the Action Trail after you complete query conditions of date range and filter.

  • Select Date Range

    • In the light of query criteria submitted by you, you can get login-activity logs. Data generated within 6 months are traceable, while only query date that span 1-31days are acceptable for every single query.
  • Select Filter

    • You can get the detailed event log with about 3 minutes log latency with the following filtering attributes.
    Attributes Description Remarks
    Read/Write Type Read (View) and Write (Create/Update/Delete) activities
    Login Account your main account and sub-accounts
    Resource Name subscribed product names and application services name. Expanding query option
    Request ID request ID that are performed the service actions Expanding query option
    Operational Event & Resource types for a full list of services and activities, you can view activity log history in the Event Detail Query .

Login Audit

  • You can access the detailed login audit log at the Login Audit page in the Action Trail after you complete query conditions of date range and filter.

  • Select Date Range

    • In the light of the query criteria submitted by you, you can get login-activity logs. Data generated within 6 months are traceable, while only query date that span 1-31days are acceptable for every single query.
