Prerequisites: The Flood Shield 2.0 service has been activated.
Service usage lets you view the domains currently onboarded for protection. Data is aggregated by primary domain, and you can expand a primary domain to view its subdomains. You can filter by time range and control group, and download the results locally for billing reconciliation.
- Aggregation by primary domain: Shows the total number of primary domains and the daily peak of primary domains within the selected time range.
- Subdomain details: Expand a primary domain to view all of its subdomains, along with each subdomain’s protection start time and protection end time.
- Result download: Exports the current query results to a file; the exported file is organized by subdomain.
Use Cases

| Verify billable domains | View the number of billable domains and their details within a time range, for billing reconciliation |
| Reseller checks downstream usage | A reseller can select a specific control group and view the domain usage of its downstream customer within a specified time range, for billing that downstream customer |
Procedure
Go to the Service Usage Page
- Log in to the CDNetworks console.
- Find the Flood Shield 2.0 service you are using under Subscribed Products, and click to enter it.
- Go to Tools & Services > Service Usage.
Query Onboarded Domains
- Select the time range to query. To filter by control group, select the corresponding control group as well.
- Click Query. The page shows the domain list for that time range and summarizes the following data:

| Total Number of Primary Domains | The number of primary domains onboarded for protection within the time range |
| Daily Peak of Primary Domains | The maximum number of primary domains onboarded for protection on a single day within the time range |
- Click the expander to the left of a primary domain to view its subdomains, along with each subdomain’s protection start time and protection end time. The protection end time takes the following values:

Download the Domain List
- Click Download in the upper-right corner of the domain list to export the current query results.
- Open the exported file to verify the details.
The exported file is organized by subdomain, which differs from the primary-domain summary view on the page. Note the difference when comparing them.
