Basic Description
Watermark is mainly used to enhance enterprises’ brands and advertisements, and guarantee the copyright of video files.
CloudVoD supports self-configuration of watermark templates on the console.In the process of video coding, pictures, text and other information can be compressed into the video stream and combined to output a new video file with a watermark.
CloudVoD supports the following watermark effects:
- Watermark format: JPG, PNG, GIF
- Single watermark setting: custom setting on watermark position, size and transparency.
- Multi-watermark setting: multiple watermarks can be displayed for different time periods.
Operation Guide
Create a watermark template
Go to Preferences->Watermarks, and click “New Template”
Then you need to set the parameters of this watermark.
In the watermark setting page, you can set:
a) Set the name of the watermark template

| Watermark Image | 1. The watermark must from the material management of Libraries. 2. Image format : JPG, PNG, GIF |
| Watermark Postion | Support 4 postions: top left, top right, bottom left and bottom right. |
| Watermark Size | Support setting watermark size by percentage or pixel. 1. Percentage: Scaled by the percentage of the output picture. 2. Pixel: Scaled by the actual pixel size of the watermark output |
| Horizontal Offset | Support setting offset by percentage or pixel. 1. Percentage: Offset according to the proportion of the corresponding edges of the watermark’s position 2. Pixel: Offset by pixel according to the corresponding edges of watermark’s position |
| Verital Offset | Support setting offset by percentage or pixel. 1. Percentage: Offset according to the proportion of the corresponding edges of the watermark’s position 2. Pixel: Offset by pixel according to the corresponding edges of watermark’s position |
| Transparency | You can set transparency of this watermark. |
| Display Duration | You can set the display duration and expiration time of different watermarks. |

You can set the default template, edit and delete templates here.
