Transcode from H264 to H265

Example: Transcode a HLS from H264 to H265

Here we assume the original manifest is test264.m3u8 (H.264), and the target output manifest is test265.m3u8 (H.265)

Fill the custom command to the gap:

avthumb/m3u8/vcodec/libws265

  Video encoding scheme, schemes supported: libx265, libx264, libvpx, libtheora, libxvid, etc. Also supports copy parameter, and maintains the encoding schemes of the original video.
