Forgot Password

If you are unable to log on to your Cdnetworks console account, please check whether the entered logonname and password are correct. Whether the password is in the half-width state, whether the capitalization is correct, whether there are any spaces, etc.

If you forget your logon password, you can retrieve it online.

Steps

1. On the logon page, click [Forget Password] to enter the retrieve password page;
   
2. Enter your account;
